Outcome:
Completed workshop, including theme, objectives, target audience, detailed content/design, evaluation methods, marketing plan, and rehearsal. Task assignments completed between sessions sent for my review prior to next session.
SEGMENT 1:
Session 1: Brainstorm overall purpose, need, audience/audience's perceived need, parameters (resources and barriers), theme, general objectives, and ideas for marketing.
Session 2: Determine specific objectives, sequence, design issues, length, timing, and evaluation criteria; identify your learning needs.
Session 3: Review draft of detailed content, design, media, and evaluation criteria; begin filling in your knowledge gaps.
SEGMENT 2 (details to be determined as Segment 1 is in progress):
Sessions 4 & 5: Dry run/coaching to ensure your comfort with workshop content and process, completion of materials and quality check.
Session 6: Dress rehearsal, final review of all materials/methods, and marketing plan.
