This approach to change, which builds and expands the skills described in my book with Clarence Thomson, Out of the Box: Coaching with the Enneagram, shows you how to help your clients quickly access fundamental patterns and facilitate significant change. 

During and between the six sessions you'll practice using the Out of the Box Coaching Field Guide with your own situations. I'll be there with you to brainstorm, mirror, suggest, and/or mentor as needed.
